In this simple and straightforward video guide I will show you how to install the most secure operating system called Qubes OS on your laptop or desktop computer. What you will need is a capable computer with an active internet connection an empty USB flash disk drive 8GB minimum in size so we can create a bootable media installer USB out of it. Next you will need to download the latest stable version of Qubes OS in ISO format and if you are on Windows just like me you can use a great portable application called Balena Etcher. When the Gnome File Manager (aka Nautilus) opens the .tar file in Downloads directory a .bashrc file lands to user's home thanks to the directory traversal vulnerability. So, when the user opens a terminal the new .bashrc is loaded and the evil payload executed.
